TORONTO, ON ? January 14, 2006 ? Groove Games, a global interactive entertainment software publisher, today announced the development of its new fast-paced sci-fi First Person Shooter (FPS) game, WarPath. Developed by Digital Extremes, WarPath offers up a unique single player experience as well as multiplayer modes that will challenge any shooter fan who owns an Xbox or a PC. WarPath will ship to North American retail stores in Spring 2006.

"With WarPath, we wanted to get back to the essence of what a multiplayer FPS should be: fast action, great graphics, and most importantly, fun gameplay," said Jon Walsh, CEO, Groove Games.
